Carriere Motion™ 3D Class III

Henry Schein Orthodontics

The Motion 3D Class III Appliance is an easy to place, minimally invasive appliance for treating Class III malocclusions without extractions, painful orthognathic surgery or uncomfortable and obtrusive face masks.

Similar to its Class II counterpart, the patient-friendly Motion 3D Class III Appliance is used at the beginning of treatment, prior to braces or aligners, to deliver rapid AP correction. By following the Sagittal First Philosophy powered by the Motion 3D Class III Appliance, overall treatment time can be reduced by up to 6 months.

Correcting at the beginning of the treatment the difficult part of the malocclusion, allows more cases to be treated with aligners and significantly reduces the required sets of aligners.

Description

Introducing Carriere Motion 3D Class III Correction Appliance

The Motion 3D Class III Appliance provides a new, remarkably easy-to-use and patient-friendly solution for Class III treatment.

The Motion 3D Class III Appliance is a minimally invasive appliance intended to treat Class III malocclusions without extractions, painful orthognathic surgery, or traditionally uncomfortable and obtrusive facemasks.

The Motion 3D Class III Appliance is as easy to place as a bracket or buccal tube, and is designed to provide predictable results and create a harmonious, balanced profile, all while preserving the patient’s natural features.

Intra-oral elastics connect the appliance with maxillary anchorage to activate the mandibular posterior segment and to move it bodily as a block for an ideal Class I malocclusion.

Once the ideal platform is achieved, brackets or aligners are then placed to finish the case.

How it Works

  • The patient-friendly appliance is used at the beginning of treatment, prior to braces or aligners, and delivers rapid Anterior-Posterior correction to help reduce overall treatment times by several months
  • Multi-lateral flexion at the center and distal segments, allowing a custom anatomical fit and gentle repositioning of the molar
  • No springs, push rods, bands, or crowns to complicate matters for you, your staff, or your patients

  • Class III, Open bite
  • Class III, Deep bite
